How can I make one-time payments?
With our automated system, you can make one-time payments online or over the phone. Any payment made with a card will go toward your upcoming payment(s). Any payment made with a bank account (ACH), will be in addition to any scheduled payments and scheduled payments will continue to process.
Making a Payment Online

Visit progleasing.com/myaccount or open the Progressive Leasing app.
Scan the QR code to download the app.
2. Log in with your Progressive Leasing credentials.
3. Once logged in to your account, look for the current lease on your home dashboard and click 'Make Payment'
4. Select the 'Make one-time payment option.
5. Select the payment amount you would like to make.

- Custom payment amount: this option allows you to choose the amount of your payment. This is an additional one-time payment and may replace your next scheduled payment
- Standard payment amount: this is the amount of your recurring payments. This will replace your next scheduled payment if it’s made more than 3 business days in advance.
- Early purchase option amount: this amount will pay your account in full.
6. Verify your payment method.
Remember: Any payment made with a card will go toward your upcoming payment(s). Any payment made with a bank account (ACH) will be in addition to any scheduled payments, and scheduled payments will continue to be processed.
7. Submit your payment.

How can I set up Auto-Payments online?
Setting up Auto-Payments gives you peace of mind so that you don’t have to worry about your payments. To make it even easier for you, you can now set up Auto-Payments online. If you are currently making manual payments, or you’ve been on Auto-Payments before and want to switch back, follow the steps below.
- Visit progleasing.com/myaccount or open the Progressive Leasing app.
Scan the QR code to download the app.
2. Log in with your Progressive Leasing credentials.
3. Once logged in to your account, look for the current lease on your home dashboard and click 'Make Payment'
.
4. Select 'Set up auto pay'
5. Review your payment information and accept the terms.

- If there are multiple valid payment methods, you can click 'Change' to select your preferred payment method.
- 5. Review your information and click ‘Submit’. A confirmation will appear to indicate your changes have been saved.

How do I make payments online?
To ensure your payment is processed on time, we recommend making it about two days before the due date. If you make a payment within 24 hours or less of the due date, it may not apply to the current due date and will instead be applied to your next scheduled payment.
To make payments online with your Progressive Leasing account, follow these steps:

- Automatic Recurring Payments
Payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account or debit/credit card. Your scheduled payment frequency will default to the payday frequency you specified on your application. To learn how to set up the auto-payment option, click here.
- One-Time Payments

How do I change my payment method?
You have a few different options for adding a new credit card or bank account to your account.
You have the option of adding a credit card to your account online. Doing so will make it available for one-time payments. If you would like to do this, please follow the steps below. Please keep in mind that adding a credit card online DOES NOT make it your primary payment method.
To add a new credit card online:
- Visit progleasing.com/myaccount or open the Progressive Leasing app.
Scan the QR code to download the app.
2. Log in with your Progressive Leasing credentials.
3. Once logged in to your account, click on ‘Account’ on the right side of the page.
4. Click ‘Manage payment methods’
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Add Payment Method'.
If you would like to make this your primary payment method, please contact us.

Can I add my virtual card to my Walmart Pay Wallet?
Yes, the virtual card can be added to Walmart Pay Wallet. Keep in mind this is a limited use card so don't set it as your default card.

Can I add my virtual card to my Apple or Google Wallet?

When does the virtual card expire?
The virtual card expires if it's not used. The initial lease payment that you made will be returned within 10 days of the virtual card expiring.

What amount is the virtual card for?
This depends on the items you are leasing and your lease contract amount.

What if the virtual card is declined by the store?
The store might have declined your virtual card at checkout because they don't accept certain cards or the store sells restricted items. Please call us at 1-877-751-6926.

What happens if my items are a higher amount than the virtual card available balance?

What happens if my items are actually lower amount than the virtual card?
Your lease amount reflects the amount spent on the virtual card. Your lease payment plan will be updated automatically 14 days after the items have been delivered to reflect the amount that you spent.

What if I need to return items purchased using the virtual card?
Be sure to follow the retail store's return instructions. Refunds should go back to the virtual card so that Progressive Leasing is notified of the return and your lease payment plan is updated. It can take up to 10 days for the credit to be applied to your lease amount.

What if I don't use the virtual card
The virtual card expires if it's not used. The initial lease payment that you made will be returned within 10 days of the virtual card expiring.

How do I use the virtual card?
The virtual card is used the same as any other credit card. When you are ready to pay, select the credit card payment option and enter the virtual card detail in the checkout.

What if I need to stop a payment?
If you need to stop a payment for any reason, please call us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment, and we will help you reschedule it.
If you have missed the 3 business day deadline, we are unable to make any changes to your payment and your payment will still be processed. If your payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to collect the payment from the secondary payment method on file. If both payments are unsuccessful, you may incur an NSF fee.

What will my recurring payment be?
Because we do not know what items you will select, we cannot yet tell you your recurring auto-payment amount, 12-month lease-to-own total, payment schedule, etc. These details will be in your lease-to-own agreement, which will be emailed to you after you apply, get approved, and select your items. You’ll have an opportunity to review all of these terms before you sign. There is also a convenient payment estimator that you can use after you tell us where you want to shop. What if I need to change my payments or my payday changes?
We are happy to work with you to find a payment schedule that works. If you need to discuss potential changes to your payments, please call us at least three business days before your next scheduled payment.

How can I view my payment history online?
You can find a history of all payments made toward your lease-to-own agreement by logging in to your account here. Once you are logged in, follow the steps outlined below:
- Click on the “More” menu beneath your current buyout option (Ex. 1)
- Select “Payment activity” (Ex. 2)
- After selecting “Payment activity” you will see a record of your payment activity. To see a record of all payments attempted (successful and unsuccessful), click “Receipts” or "See All" (Ex. 3)
- After selecting “Receipts” you will see a record of all successful and unsuccessful payments on your lease (Ex. 4)

What if I can no longer afford my payments?
We understand that unexpected situations come up that may prevent you from continuing to lease-to-own your merchandise. If you find yourself unable to continue with your lease-to-own agreement, please feel free to call Customer Service to discuss your options at (877) 898-1970. You can cancel your lease at any time. You have the right to return the items to Progressive Leasing without additional charges or penalties, and you will owe nothing further except unpaid lease-to-own costs.

Will Progressive Leasing remind me of my payments?
We send out email reminders 7 days before your scheduled payment. Log into your account and make sure we have the correct email address for your reminders.
To find your email address:
- Click here to log in to your online account.
- If you need help creating an account, click here.
- Once logged in, click on ‘Account’ located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Once in ‘Account’, you will be able to see all of your personal information. You can update your email address at any time.
- Please be aware that if you update your email address, your MyAccount username will also change to the updated email address.
