If you need to stop a payment for any reason, please call us at least 3 business days before your next scheduled payment, and we will help you reschedule it.
If you have missed the 3 business day deadline, we are unable to make any changes to your payment and your payment will still be processed. If your payment is unsuccessful, we will attempt to collect the payment from the secondary payment method on file. If both payments are unsuccessful, you may incur a NSF fee.
