What is the Progressive Leasing App?

The Progressive Leasing app is a customer account management tool that allows managing any open leases and helps assist in applying to a new one. Customers can sign in to their account and view the status of their lease, review agreement details, and check remaining balances and payment activity. Customers can also get approved for a new lease via the app. In select states (five states currently), customers can shop by item, compare prices at different retailers and complete an entire lease within the app. To learn more about shopping by item, click here.

How does the Progressive Leasing app work?

With the Progressive Leasing app, you can lease-to-own items from your favorite stores, shop anywhere,* complete the lease agreement, and make payments. It is an all-in-one tool!

To shop at local stores:

1. Open your Progressive Leasing app and find the store from the “Stores near me” option. A list of stores closest to you will be presented for you to pick from. Choose from physical or online stores.
2. Start the lease application process and get a decision within minutes
3. Shop at the store or online with the Lease ID approved from your application

To shop anywhere (available in 5 states as of June 30, 2022):

1. Open your Progressive Leasing app and select the “Stores near me” option. Then select the “Try it now!” option from the “New way to shop” banner at the bottom of the screen.
2. Start the lease application process and get a decision within minutes
3. After completing the lease agreement, you will be issued a one-time virtual payment card. Use the virtual card at the retailer’s checkout in the same way you pay by credit/debit card. You can add it to your mobile wallet for a simple in-store or online checkout experience.

The advertised service is a lease-to-own or a rental- or lease-purchase agreement provided by Prog Leasing, LLC or its affiliates. Progressive Leasing obtains information from credit bureaus. Not all applicants are approved. Acquiring ownership by leasing costs more than the retailer’s cash price. Leasing is available on select items at participating locations only. Currently only available in DE, NH, MT, FL and OR.
