How do I view the status of an existing lease in the Mobile App?
1. Open the Progressive Leasing app.
Scan the QR code to download the app.2. Log in with your Progressive Leasing credentials.
3. After logging in to the account, click on the 'Home' button located on the left screen. You will see current leases, past leases, and current applications.
4. Click on the lease to review the agreement details.
If you do NOT already have an account, but you do have a lease with us, click the log in button in the app and then click the 'Set up online access'. Enter your lease details to find your lease and set up your account.

What is the Progressive Leasing App?
The Progressive Leasing app is a customer account management tool that allows managing any open leases and helps assist in applying to a new one. Customers can sign in to their account and view the status of their lease, review agreement details, and check remaining balances and payment activity. Customers can also get approved for a new lease via the app.
How does the Progressive Leasing app work?
With the Progressive Leasing app, you can lease-to-own items from your favorite stores, complete the lease agreement, and make payments. It is an all-in-one tool!
To shop online:
- Open your Progressive Leasing app and find the store you want to shop from. A list of stores closest to you will be presented for you to pick from. Choose from physical or online stores.
- Start the lease application process and get a decision within minutes.

I'm having issues logging into my account online.
Are you having issues logging into your Progressive Leasing account? Not a problem!
Whether you’re having trouble accessing your account or having issues with your email address, we’re happy to help. Before following the instructions below, please ensure that you have previously created an account. If you haven’t, click here. To get help with your password, follow the steps below.
Issues accessing my account:
1. Click here to be redirected to the Progressive Leasing login page.
2. Enter your email address.- You also have the option to use your phone number to log in.
- You will receive a one-time code via email or text
- Enter the code sent to you via email or SMS, review and accept the disclosures, then click 'Continue' to proceed.
- If you con't have access to your email or are having issues locating your account, please contact us.
- If you don't receive an email, please check your spam and junk folders. If you still don't receive an email, please follow the steps below.

How to view content in English?
English
Do you need to view Progressive Leasing online in English? To best serve our customers, we offer all content in our Help Center and your account in English and Spanish.
Changing your language preference in the Help Center:
To view articles in a different language, follow these steps:
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
- In the bottom right corner of the page, you will see a link that says either 'English (US)' or 'Español (US)'
3. Click on the dropdown arrow, and select the option you need (Ex. 2).
Once you have followed these steps, you will be able to see any article in your preferred language. You have the ability to toggle between the two languages at any time.
Changing your language preference in your Account:
Once you are logged in to your account, follow these steps to change your language preference:
- Click on 'Account' on the left of your screen.
2. Once in 'Account', the third option on the page will be Language'. For Spanish, click 'Tocar para español'.
3. Following these steps, you can see your account in your preferred language. You can toggle between the two languages at any time.

How can I find my remaining 12-month lease-to-own total on the website?
You can find your remaining 12-month lease-to-own amount by logging in to your account here. Once you are logged in, follow the steps outlined below:
- Click on the “More” menu beneath your current buyout option (Ex. 1)
- Select “Payment activity” (Ex. 2)
- After selecting “Payment activity” you will see your remaining 12-month lease-to-own total and your upcoming payment schedule (Ex. 3)

How do I log in to my account?
Accessing your account is easy! You can make payments, review payment history, view your lease-to-own agreement details, and much more. Listed below are instructions to log in or register for your online account.
Are you using Progressive Leasing but have never logged in to the website?
If you are an existing customer but have never logged in, then you will need to register your account. To register your account, please follow the steps listed below:
- Click here to open the "Set up online access" page
- Enter an email address
- Enter your Social Security Number and Date of Birth
- Create a password
- Once your password is created, you will automatically be logged in.
Are you a returning Progressive Leasing customer?
If you are a returning customer, you can log in to the website simply by using the same login credentials you used on previous lease-to-own agreements. To log in to your account, please follow the steps listed below:
- Click here to open the "Log in" page
- Enter your email address and password
- Click "Log in"
