What do I need to apply for my next lease-to-own agreement?
Have you paid off your lease-to-own agreement in full and need our services again? First, congratulations on completing your lease-to-own agreement!
Applying again is fast and easy. Each new lease-to-own agreement will require a new application approval and initial payment. We use information from your previous lease-to-own agreement. Simply fill in the remaining information and submit! Once you choose a retailer to apply with, we will:
- Verify information from your last lease-to-own agreement
- Ask about your paydays
- Have you review our Application Disclosure and click "Submit application"

We understand that now, more than ever, online shopping allows you to get what you need when you want it - safely. Progressive Leasing partners with several retail stores that offer a complete online shopping experience. Now you can shop for merchandise and start a lease-to-own agreement with Progressive Leasing without leaving the comfort of your home!
To view our online stores, follow the steps below:
- Go to our ‘Find a Store’
- Search for a retailer by entering your city or zip code and changing your store type from ‘In-store’ to 'Online'
3. Select the store you would like to shop at and click ‘Get Started’
Once approved online, you can log in to your account at https://www.progleasing.com/myaccount/ to continue with your approval.
You will order online with the retailer and sign your lease-to-own agreement electronically.
Once your lease-to-own agreement is signed and the initial payment has been made, you’re done!
Your merchandise will be delivered to your home, or it will depend on the retailer picked up at the store. To discuss delivery or pick-up options, please contact the store directly.

Where can I find a retailer that offers Progressive Leasing?
Progressive Leasing is available in over 30,000 retail partner locations across the U.S. (excluding Wyoming, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Vermont). Our many retailer partners offer items such as furniture, electronics, jewelry, tires & wheels, mobile devices, appliances, mattresses and more.
To find a store near you:
1. Click here to be redirected to our ‘Find a Store’ page.
2. Type in your City or Zip Code and select the correct location in the drop-down options.
3. Choose your preferred shopping method by selecting ‘In-Store’ or ‘Online’.
You are now able to browse all retail locations in your area that use Progressive Leasing as their lease-to-own option. Once you’ve selected a store, you have the option to apply.

I was asked for additional information to complete my LTO application. What do I need to provide?
If you're asked to provide additional information during the LTO application process, please follow the steps below to ensure timely processing.
What You Need to Send
Government-Issued Photo ID:
- A clear copy of the front and back of your ID.
- A photo of you with the front of your ID; your face must be fully visible.
Government ID examples: Marticula Consular (Consular Identification Card), U.S. Passport, U.S. Resident Alien Card, U.S. State-issued Driver's License, U.S. State-issued Identification Card
- Recent Bank Statement:
- A bank statement dated within the last 30 days
Recent Paystub
- A paystub dated within the last 30 days
- Two Proofs of Residence: Provide two different documents from the list below, each dated within the last 30 days:
- Cell phone bill
- Mortgage statement
- Rent or lease agreement
- Student loan statement
- Utility bill

When You’ll Hear Back
Once we receive all required documents, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
We will notify you by email once the review is complete and let you know whether we can move forward with your lease transaction. -
How do I find out my spending power?
Complete a lease application to learn your spending power. Your approval amount is based on factors such as your payment history with Progressive Leasing and information obtained from your credit bureau.

Why is my favorite store not listed?
Your favorite store may not appear in our store list for a few reasons. It could be that the store is not currently a Progressive Leasing partner, or you might reside in a state where Progressive Leasing does not operate.
However, we’ve made it easy for you to shop in other ways! You can use our Marketplace feature to browse leasable items. This option allows you to compare prices across thousands of retailers and pay using the Progressive Leasing One-Time virtual card.
To get started, open the Progressive Leasing app and select “New Way to Shop." Please note that this option may not be available in certain states.

What information does Progressive Leasing consider for the lease approval?
Progressive Leasing looks at many different data points in the decision process. This may include credit information, income, and banking history.

Why am I getting an error on my application?
If you have received an error on your application, it could mean that we have some incorrect information. This means that you have applied with us before, and your name, date of birth, or Social Security Number may differ from what was provided on your previous application.
If you receive an error on your application, please contact us, we’re here to help! We will verify that the information in our system is accurate. Once the corrections are made, it can take up to 2-3 business days to complete. Once we have corrected any misinformation, you may then reapply. We look forward to working with you!

Why do you need my bank information?
Progressive Leasing is a no-credit-needed company. Our decisioning process allows us to consider everyone with less-than-perfect credit and we regularly approve those with imperfect credit or very little credit history. Your bank information may be used in this evaluation, as well as other data points including income and banking history. We understand that you may be hesitant to provide such sensitive information; however, we can assure you that we are committed to protecting your information and respecting your privacy.
Do you need help locating your bank account and routing number?
There are a few places to find this information:
- Log in to your online bank account.
- Contact your bank and request your routing and/or account number.
- If you have personal checks, your bank routing and account numbers will be located at the bottom of your check.
- If you know your account number but need your bank's routing number, a simple Google search with your state, bank's name, and the term 'routing number' will show your bank's routing number.

Do you charge an application fee or any other up-front fee?
No, we do not charge an application fee or processing fee. Your initial payment will be made using the credit or debit card you consent to be charged in the lease-to-own agreement. This is the first payment for your lease and is part of the 12-month lease-to-own total. If you are not approved, you will not be charged anything.

Will a lease-to-own application impact my credit?
Applying for a lease-to-own agreement with Progressive Leasing should not impact your FICO score; however, we do look at credit bureau reports.

What items can be leased with Progressive Leasing?
Items for personal, family or household use may be available to be included in Progressive Leasing’s lease-to-own option. Eligible items include appliances, furniture, jewelry, electronics, mattresses, mobile devices and accessories, musical instruments, and more. Progressive Leasing will not allow certain kinds of items to be included on the lease-to-own agreement. Examples: items that are prohibited from lease-to-own by law, items permanently attached to a home or vehicle, consumable or intangible items, and items that create an excessive risk defined by Progressive Leasing.
